The converter uses the standard tola of 180 troy grains, which is 11.6638038 grams. Some shops and regions round this value, so the figure on your bill may differ slightly from ours. The difference between rounded values is small, but it is not zero.
Please keep these points in mind:
- A converter result is a calculation. It is not a weighing.
- The weight that counts in a sale is the weight shown on a scale that is approved for trade in your country. Weights and measures laws are different in each country.
- Always check the gram weight on your receipt, valuation slip or contract before you buy, sell, pledge or exchange anything.
